With an unparalleled practice focused on public sector labor and employment law and various aspects of local government law, Ivan concentrates his practice on the needs of Clients in Missouri and Illinois. Ivan brings more than 45 years of experience to his role as defense counsel for a number of governmental agencies and as general counsel for the Missouri Public Employers' Labor Relations Association. He provides collective bargaining and employment law services for a number of local governments throughout Missouri and Illinois which includes over 50 counties in Missouri.
Ivan shares his vast experience in public sector labor and employment law as an instructor for the Missouri Bar Association, Missouri Municipal Attorneys' Association, and the Missouri School Boards' Association. Moreover, he is a popular lecturer at legal organizations, universities, public sector entities, public employer associations, and police academies in Missouri and Illinois.
Ivan has authored numerous articles for national and state publications including but not limited to the Missouri Association of Counties' County Record, the Missouri Municipal League's MML Review, and The Missouri Bar's Journal of the Missouri Bar.
